Green-e Marketplace Steps to Apply

Download the Application Checklist All participants will need to complete the following:

1. Logo Use Agreement
              Complete and sign two copies. One copy will be returned to you
   
   
2. Attestation Form(s)
   
   • Annex C : For companies purchasing Green-e Energy Certified renewable energy certificates (RECs) or a green pricing product
   • Annex D: For companies with Green-e eligible on-site renewable energy generation
   
   
3. Along with the appropriate attestation form, please submit
1. Documentation that explains the methodology you used to calculate your annual electricity use

• See the Measuring Electricity Usage: Operations Case Study for an example
2. Documentation of the company’s renewable energy purchase
   1. Proof of Green-e Energy Certified REC purchase
   2. Proof of enrollment in Green-e Energy Certified Green Power Pricing Program


4. Submit applicable licensing fees
   
   
5. Mail the above items to:

Once your application has been processed and approved, you will receive an email with information on how to access the appropriate Green-e Marketplace logo files. A welcome kit will be mailed to you containing a signed copy of the Agreement.
