Customer Disclosure Requirements
, including the following:
Provide customer with a Product Content Label for the certified renewable energy option, which identifies the type and geographic location for resources used
Provide customers with simple Price, Terms and Conditions
Undergo an annual
verification process audit
Complete a semiannual
review of marketing materials
to ensure the organization is not making false or misleading statements about their option(s) and is generally following the Green-e
