Unaudited Reporting Forms for all Green-e Energy Participants:
- Unaudited Report Form for all certified sales made in 2011, both retail and wholesale. This form is used to help diagnose any potential issues that would make the annual verification audit more difficult. The completed form is due by February 15, 2012. Last modified January 2012.

Training Materials for RY2010 Verification:
- Sample Worksheets. Download a completed set of Worksheets, which provide an example of how data should be entered into the Worksheets and will flow through the different tabs.
- Training Video for renewable energy sellers. This is a recording of a webinar conducted by Green-e Energy staff walking through a training PowerPoint presentation. It is recommended for any sellers that missed the webinar on March 23, 2011.
- Training Video for auditors. This is a recording of a webinar conducted by Green-e Energy staff walking through a training PowerPoint presentation. It is recommended for any auditors that missed the webinar on March 30, 2011.

- Contacts for Notification Letters. This spreadsheet contains contact information to be used when sending notification letters to regulated utility oversight bodies and state environmental oversight bodies. For details on notification letters see Appendix G of the Verification Instructions above. Note that unregulated and municipal utility oversight bodies are not listed and will need to be researched by Participants.

- Attestation for Michigan / MIRECS Supply. This form is to be filled out by all Green-e Energy Participants with supply located in Michigan or registered in the MIRECS tracking system.

- Wholesale Attestation for Electricity and RECs. Last modified May 2008
- Small Generator Attestation, for RECs from facilities 10 kW or less. Last modified March 2009, to correct a typographical error
- Tracking
Attestation for Electricity and RECs, to be signed by generators
selling renewables through a tracking system. Last modified April 2010. This version is to be used by all facilities requesting reconignition of Green-e Energy eligibility in a tracking system; older forms will be returned.
