The only changes from the Jan 09 version were to: change "2G and 2H" in Section III.D.d. on page 24 to "2E and 2F"; and to add the most recent Energy Information Administration Form 860 database as an alternative source to the REPIS database in Sections III.2.n.ii. and III.2.n.iii.

Marketer, Utility and ESP Unaudited Reporting Forms:
- Retail Products. To be used for Green-e Energy certified products sold to customers that will retire the renewable MWh in order to make claims about their own electricity use. Last modified January 2009
- Wholesale Products. To be used for Green-e Energy certified products sold to customers that will re-sell the renewable MWh without making their own renewable electricity claims. Last modified January 2009
