
Green-e® Energy Products with Unsubmitted Verification Materials for Reporting Year 2022
To verify that each company offering a Green-e® Energy certified renewable energy product met the requirements of the Green-e® Renewable Energy Standard for Canada and the United States for their certified sales in 2022, each participating company must have submitted an audited report and other materials by 11:59 PM Pacific time on June 1, 2021. Green-e® Energy certified products for which completed verification submissions were not received and that were not granted an extension will be decertified in accordance with the terms in Reporting Year 2022 Annual Verification Submission Timeline and Deadlines.
Each company offering a Green-e® Energy certified renewable energy product for which completed verification submissions were received late incur late fees due to late submission. Payment of late fees is considered to be part of the Verification Submission, and the Verification Submission is not considered complete until payment has been made. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice, and if not received in that period, the participant that submitted materials late will be relisted on this site until payment is made or 30 more days have passed, whichever is shorter. In the case that payment is still not received within this second 30-day period, all of the participant's products will be decertified.
