Comment Period Open for Green Power EMC's Cooperative Solar Program

Dear Green-e Energy Stakeholders,

Green Power EMC has applied for Green-e Energy certification for its Cooperative Solar Program in Georgia. Currently, 16 of Georgia's member-owned EMCs are listed as Spokes of GPEMC’s Cooperative Solar Program: Central Georgia EMC, Cobb EMC, GreyStone Power, Jefferson Energy Cooperative Mitchell EMC, Satilla REMC Sawnee EMC Sumter EMC, Coastal Electric Cooperative Diverse Power, Habersham EMC, Middle Georgia EMC Okefenoke REMC, Snapping Shoals EMC, Tri-County EMC, and Walton EMC.

As part of the application process, Green-e Energy is seeking stakeholder feedback on the application and program as designed for Green Power EMC's and its member-owned EMC's customers.

We are accepting stakeholder comments on the application for a total of 14 days—please submit any comments by Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Comments can be sent to The Green-e Governance Board will subsequently review application materials and comments received to consider approval of the application. Please feel free to forward this to other interested parties. Any comments received may be posted on the Green-e website.
