Portland General Electric’s “Green Future Impact” Program Decertified by Green-e® Energy

Please be advised that Portland General Electric’s (PGE’s) Green Future Impact (GFI) program is no longer certified by the Green-e® Energy certification program. Center for Resource Solutions (CRS) terminated PGE’s contract for certification of its GFI product. As a result of this decertification, PGE’s 2024 sales of its GFI product are not Green-e® Energy certified, even though PGE stated through October 31, 2024, in its 2024 Prospective Product Content Label (PPCL) that this product was Green-e® certified.
Under the Green-e® Energy Code of Conduct, PGE must offer GFI customers a refund. Please contact PGE directly to request a refund.
